Heads Up New Commercial Division

VERO BEACH, FL—October 27, 2005—Regatta Construction, LLC is pleased to announce that Joseph Telese, Executive Vice President, has been named President for the company’s newly formed commercial division. The announcement was made by Dennis Witherow, the company’s CEO.

said Telese. “Regatta Construction continues to prove itself through the exceptional quality of its residential homes and the complete devotion of its employees – our commercial side will be no different.”

Telese began his career in construction back in 1977 working as a framer in Long
Island, New York. After moving to Florida in 1984 he started his own framing company and in 1996 started building custom homes. He has been with Regatta since its inception in 2001.

Telese is a member of the Treasure Coast Builders Association, the F.R.I.E.N.D.S.
network, which is a Christian charity housing development, World Changers, a charitable
housing organization providing homes for underprivileged families, and has been a football
coach for the PSLAA athletic league since 1988.

Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Telese now resides at the PGA Reserve with his wife Cathy.
