Over 200 Turn Out For Season Opening At
Bridgepointe By Regatta Construction

Vero Beach, FL—March 7, 2006—Regatta Construction, LLC held its Season
Opening celebration February 26 and 27 at Bridgepointe in Vero Beach, drawing
more than 200 people to see the beautiful lakefront community of fabulous
townhomes. Festivities included plenty of refreshments and chances to win great
prizes including a Caribbean vacation, a 27" color TV, and dining gift certificates.

Those who missed the event can register to win the vacation or TV when they
tour the Bridgepointe models through March 31, 2006. The Bridgepointe model is
open daily from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
